R2bees is a two musical group from Ghana which comprises of two brothers. They have been doing music for a while now and have performed at various shows across Africa. They are currently in the news, due to speculations that Wande Coal is claiming to be the rightful owner of their latest song Kiss Ur Hand, which is currently receiving massive air play in both Ghana and Nigeria. According to the Ghana based music stars, there are rumours spreading across the internet that Wande Coal claims he featured us on the track and that we are not the rightful owner of the song. This is far from been true. We are the rightful owner of the song; it’s not the remix version of Wande's Kiss Ur Lips. We wrote our lyrics and our producer Killdbeat produced the beat. The song is our intellectual property and it belongs to R2bees, even Wande Coal knows this. We met Wande in Ghana when he came for a particular music concert. During his stay with us, we asked for a collaboration which brought about this song. But, has anyone heard Wande Coal claiming to be the rightful owner of this song? Well, I have not.
