Actress Tonto Dike at War With Top blogger, Linda Ikeji

Wonders they say never end. Just on Wednesday, 31st of August, exactly two days ago, Linda Ikeji posted on her blog a picture of actress Tonto Dikeh stepping out at the UK premiere of Uche Jombo’s Damage movie, even admitting she loves her outfit. Little did we know what the actress was up to, has she was fast to get on her twitter page, a platform she has made to always diss some of her colleagues and even fans, saying, "Hehehhehehehhe Juzt heard dat Linda Ikeji d blogger is a failed Model**Buhehehehehehehehe*#POKO#"
And trust Linda, her reply was simply mild, "you just heard? lol, it's been in the news for years darling, love u, muah"
Wow, now we know the real celebrity, we know the real babe, the real deal. Tonto sure took on the wrong person this time around.

Omawumi’s dancer, Susie Esimaje has been found

Susie Esimaje, singer Omawumi’s friend, dancer and choreographer has been found. It would be recalled that the singer made an announcement few days back on twitter about her friend and dancer, Susie who got missing. Not also forgetting the role her best friend Waje played in making sure the lady returns home safely. The choreographer has since returned home, and we hear everything has returned back to normal in her home.

Osaze Odemwingie Gets Impersonated On Twitter

There is this guy on twitter impersonating footballer Osaze Odemwingie with the handle OsazeOdemwingie. This guy is fake and the funniest of them all is that, his so called friends on twitter, the people he tweets at the most, and even relate to as colleagues are people far from the sport field. This guy has almost 2500 followers already. Please stop following him, and don’t do any business what so ever with him, as you might just be on your own [OYO]. Please feel free to go to his page, OsazeOdemwingie on twitter and shout OLE! The real Osaze’s twitter handle is OdemwingieP as verified by Colin Udoh, and he is also in best position to answer any question [@colinudoh].

ListLust - Twitter Lists Following Copyright Litigation Blog

There are a lot of interesting Twitter lists.   A Twitter list is interesting because you are interested in the person who compiles the list and what they like, because you find the topic of the list interesting, or both.   Compiled below by Twitter address, then by topic if they are listed.

The essential tutorial on how to use Twitter lists by Mashable here.   Twitter lists are great for lurkers, since you don't have to follow.

Copyright Litigation Blog listers who follow @raydowd are clearly a discerning group - check out the lists following Copyright Litigation Blog, and thanks for the listings!

Fair Use Fridays: Dramatic Chipmunk Tackles Fair Use

From American University Center for Social Media, "Fair Use Is A Right" - the link is here, but they gave me no embed code, urging only to share on Facebook and Twitter.   So without a formal invitation to share on YouTube, would me posting it to YouTube be fair use?

If you are new to Dramatic Chipmunk, here is the original - with 26 million views on YouTube

Follow Copyright Litigation Blog on Twitter (and Thanks for the Retweets!)

You can follow the Copyright Litigation Blog on Twitter by clicking here.  If you don't have a Tweetdeck, get yourself one (free download), it makes reading tweets from twits like me as tweet as can be.  The Twitter name is @raydowd.

Thanks to folks like Clancco, IPMaven, CopyrightLaw, Montserratlj, BenSheffner, Yosie23, RonColeman, EricGoldman and many others for the retweets.

Checking the stats, Twitter is the highest referrer of traffic to this blog.

I still haven't figure out the etiquette of Twitter, how to use hashmarks (some nice guys on the Legal Blogging LinkedIn Group tried to explain).

It is amazing how many very smart and accomplished professionals are on Twitter.  Yes, there is a lot of stupidity, too.

Some tweeters are very useful and there are others who never tell me what the content is that they are pointing to, so I skip over it.   If you follow the right people, and program your Tweetdeck, you can keep up with a lot of things with a minimum investment of time.
